Spark My Smile is our idea to spread some kindness and happiness around. There are so many horrid things in the news, on social media, everywhere we look – and with depression and anxiety in our heads, the last thing we need is more!
What we’d love for you to do is to get some of our specially designed Spark Your Smile cards from our brand spanking new e-shop, write something on the back, and hide them somewhere. It can be absolutely anywhere you like – in a notebook, in a newspaper, on a colleague’s chair, under a keyboard – anywhere! (Note: please make sure it’s legal for you to do this!!)
